Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the purchase of passes and annual passes. By completing the payment, you accept the following conditions:

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in Norwegian Krone (NOK) and include any applicable value-added tax.

The following prices apply:

Single Trip (Light vehicle / car / motorcycle): NOK 70,-
Single Trip (Heavy / truck over 3.5t / motorhome / caravan): NOK 150,-
Annual Pass (Light vehicle / car / motorcycle): NOK 800,- (Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase).

Payment is made easily and securely via payment card or mobile payment.

3. Delivery and Terms of Use

Single Pass: Applies to one transit with the registered vehicle (license plate) at the time of purchase.
Annual Pass: Linked directly to the vehicle's registration number and provides unlimited passage for the relevant vehicle category for 12 months from the transaction time. The annual pass is personal/vehicle-specific and cannot be transferred to other vehicles.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Section 22 of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, there is generally no right of withdrawal for purchases related to transport services or time-bound activities once the service has been delivered or put into use. Purchases of single passes and annual passes are considered binding and are generally not refunded after payment is completed.

5. Late Payment and Control Fee

Passing the toll road requires a valid ticket or an active annual pass.

Failure to pay or unauthorized passage incurs a control fee of NOK 500,-, in accordance with roadside signs. Unpaid fees will be sent to debt collection.

6. Privacy

To administer passes, annual passes, and any control fees, we process necessary information regarding the vehicle's license plate and the payment transaction. The information is stored securely and is not used for purposes other than the operation and control of Onstadvegen.

7. Complaints and Disputes

In the event of incorrect charges, technical issues during payment, or questions regarding your passage, you can contact us by email: Onstadvegensa@gmail.com. Any disputes will be attempted to be resolved amicably through dialogue with customer service.
